Un-freaking-believable.

Remember last week? When I said I was glad that the old OC was back? Well, I take that back. This whole show is back to being completely unrealistic. Well, not that it ever was before, but it’s easier for me to accept the sex/drugs/money inconsistencies, irregularities and incomprehensibles than it is for me to accept:

  1. That Marissa got into Berkeley.
  2. That everyone’s college letters come on the same day.
  3. That these kids, who are getting into obviously good schools and who could, thus, get into some “not so good” schools are only applying to one school.
  4. When did Marissa take her SATs? She was drunk, high and or making out with that girl when she should’ve been taking them.
  5. That Marissa got into Berkeley.

Are the writers/producers trying to pull the wool over our eyes because, as Pirate pointed out, their intended audience is the early high school crowd and not—sheesh—we, who are long past high school (and even long past college)?

Yeah it has its unbelievable/stretching the truth parts but I still love it.

Oh and if Seth and Summer don't get back together I'm flying to LA to yell at them!
